Office / crew lead licenses are for the people who run the business — estimating, scheduling, billing, and the crew leads who manage a team's day and need to see job detail. Field licenses are for crew members working on site: clocking in, seeing their jobs, capturing what happened. Office headcount tends to stay flat while crews grow and shrink with the season, so the two are priced separately. Exact capabilities per license type are reviewed during your demo.

Yes. The Trakta AI Assistant, AI Estimator, and intelligent workflows are included in all three plans, along with an included monthly AI usage allowance that varies by plan — Standard, Expanded, or High-volume.

AI usage is metered in tokens. Usage inside your plan's included monthly allowance carries no additional charge. Consumption beyond that allowance is billed monthly based on actual use, so you only pay for what your operation consumes. Token rates, included allowances, and usage controls are confirmed on your order form.

The AI Call Center is available as an add-on on every plan. Because it involves voice handling and call-related processing, it is priced separately from your plan's included AI usage. Talk to sales about the right configuration for your call volume.

Teams, not features. Every plan includes the full core workflow — CRM, estimates, contracts with e-signature, scheduling, the field app, time tracking, job costing, and invoicing. We don't put the basics behind a paywall. What changes as you move up is how much operation the plan carries: Core runs up to three teams. Pro runs up to eight and adds subcontractor management and the Accounting Ledger, for companies that subcontract work and need contract-level margin. Scale runs unlimited teams across locations.

Each plan is sized to an operation, not to a seat count. Core is built for a company running up to three teams and Pro for up to eight. You can add licenses to either at the published rates, and at some point moving up costs less than adding licenses one at a time — around three office / crew lead and twelve field users. We will tell you when you cross that line rather than letting you keep paying license by license.

A contract-level financial record, split into Seasonal and Enhancement views. Each entry ties a client and property to a contract number, the contract amount, and the vendor and vendor amount behind it — so you can see your margin contract by contract. It pairs with subcontractor management, and both start on Pro. It's a different question from Job Costing, which compares estimated versus actual hours and cost on each job and is included on every plan.

Assisted implementation is a one-time service for teams that need a managed setup — data migration, customer and property import, service and price book configuration, templates, billing rules, accounting integration assistance, team training, and go-live support. It is $997 on Core and $1,997 on Pro, and waived when you pay annually in advance. Scale is quoted with your implementation scope. Actual scope is confirmed before work begins.

Yes. You can add licenses beyond what your plan includes at the published rates — $79/month per additional office / crew lead license and $29/month per additional field license on both Core and Pro. On Scale, additional licenses are covered by volume pricing — contact sales.

Yes, on Core and Pro, and it's the default view on this page. Paying annually in advance saves 10% compared to paying monthly and waives the assisted implementation fee — on Core that is $1,332 off your first year, and on Pro $2,764. Annual plans are billed once for the full year.
